Please include:
- Your name, phone number, department.
- What level of course development you are interested in: Fully online new, update of an existing online course, Partially online (hybrid) course, or an enhancement site for your face-to-face course.
- The Official Course title
- Course number
- Semester you plan to first teach using the online component
- Any questions or comments?
