Sisters Offering Support (SOS) is an educational program being developed for professional African American women with anxiety and panic attacks.
It is part of a community participatory research grant from the National Institute of Mental Health to develop the Sister Circles intervention in partnership with the community of professional African American women.
Sister Circles are treatment and support groups that draw upon the strength, courage and culture found in African American women’s friendship networks.
